This is one of those pieces that commands attention. A circle of light blue baguette crystals is set off by a white crystal scalloping punctuated with larger blue oval crystals lending itself towards the feeling of a sparkling star in the night sky. New York City based Joseph Wiesner was only in business a handful of yers, ceasing operations in 1954. This brooch still looks brand new. It's ready for a night at the Met. Or, the Nobel banquet.
